- One avocado
- Two dates
- 400ml of coconut water
- One teaspoon of coconut oil
- ½ table spoon of Spirulina
- Peel the avocado and remove the seed
- Add all the ingredients to the blender
- Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds
- Poor the blended mixture into two glasses
