This smoothie is a great choice in the morning as it requires very little preparation time and provides you with plenty of nutrients that your body loves; avocados, with their creamy texture and good fatty acids, spinach with its nutrient density, and raspberries with their antioxidants phytonutrients.
This recipe will take about five minutes to prepare and will make smoothies for two.
- One avocado
- 50 grams of spinach
- A handful of raspberries
- 500ml of water
- Peel the avocado and remove the seed
- Wash the spinach and berries
- Add all ingredients to the blender
- Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds
- Poor the smoothie into two glasses
